My background and specializations
I earned a master’s degree in Adapted Physical Activity and Health (APA-S) in 2018 from the Université Côte d’Azur in Nice, and I currently work as a fitness instructor at CARE Belle-Terre in Thônex, where I specialize in physical rehabilitation through movement and exercise, as well as in balneotherapy. I have always been passionate about sports, and my interest in developing functional abilities has gradually led me to focus on prevention, recovery, and physical rehabilitation.
I began my professional career in 2018 as an adapted physical education instructor, working with people of very different backgrounds and needs. My experience in hospital and institutional settings, as well as in providing individual and group support, has allowed me to develop a comprehensive and personalized approach toadapted physical activity for health. In particular, I have worked with older adults, people with disabilities or limited independence, and patients undergoing rehabilitation.
My goal is to help everyone rediscover the joy of movement, develop their physical abilities, and improve their independence in a safe and supportive environment. Physical activity is thus used as a valuable tool for support, taking into account each patient’s health status, functional abilities, and personal goals.
The hydrotherapy is also an integral part of my practice. At CARE Belle-Terre, I offer balneotherapy sessions in Thônex, providing opportunities for physical rehabilitation in an aquatic environment. The exercises are tailored to each patient’s functional abilities, needs, and goals. As a holder of the Swiss Life-Saving Society’s (SSS) Basic Pool Certificate, I possess the necessary safety skills to supervise patients during balneotherapy and respond appropriately to any unforeseen situations.

What characterizes my care
My ability to listen, my positive attitude, and my energy are at the heart of my approach to patient care. I place great importance on building a relationship of trust so that I can support each patient in their progress and help them achieve their goals.
Each session—whether held in the gym or during balneotherapy in Thônex—begins with a discussion to assess the patient’s current physical condition, how they’re feeling, and their specific needs for the day. This allows me to tailor the exercises, their intensity, and the session’s objectives.
My adaptability, creativity, and experience working with a wide range of clients enable me to provide personalized care aimed at developing functional abilities, physical fitness, mobility, and independence. My professional background has also allowed me to develop my ability to collaborate with various professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
