During your first visit, our therapists will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your needs. This may include physical tests, a discussion of your medical history, and your personal goals. Based on this assessment, we will develop a personalized treatment plan.

The duration depends on your specific needs and goals. Some patients may see improvements within a few weeks, while others may require longer treatments. We regularly reevaluate your progress to adjust the program as needed.

For physiotherapy, your doctor will usually prescribe 9 sessions.

Your progress will be monitored and evaluated throughout your rehabilitation. Our therapists will regularly update you on your progress. We also use specific tools and measurements to assess your improvements.

Some forms of rehabilitation may involve some discomfort, especially when starting to work on areas that have been inactive or injured. However, our therapists are highly trained to ensure that your treatment is comfortable and safe. We constantly adjust our methods to best meet your needs.
