Sascha, physiotherapist
My background and specializations
After three years at physiotherapy school in Germany, I went on to study for three years at university, gaining a Bachelor of Science in Therapy with a specialization in physiotherapy. I began my career in a clinic, before working for several years in private practice, which enabled me to develop a varied approach tailored to individual patient needs.
I also completed training in physical preparation and muscle strengthening at the German Strength and Conditioning Academy. In the course of my practice, I have learnt various complementary approaches, such as motivational interviewing, lymphatic drainage and therapy with patients with neurological disorders.

What characterizes my care
I gradually specialized in the treatment of non-specific and chronic back problems, where the psychological aspect plays a central role. This orientation has led me to deepen my understanding of pain and to develop specific tools to propose the most appropriate therapy for my patients.
My approach is based on empowerment. I attach great importance to my patients acquiring the tools they need to understand and actively manage their condition. Through precise, individualized support, I aim to help them regain their mobility, comfort and confidence, while imparting simple principles to be applied on a daily basis.
