My background and specializations
After earning my degree in physical therapy in 2023 from EUSES in Girona, Spain, I practiced in various healthcare settings, first in hospitals and then in clinics. These experiences have allowed me to develop a versatile practice and a comprehensive approach to physical therapy care for patients with a wide range of conditions and levels of independence. Throughout my career, I have notably developed my skills in the fields of musculoskeletal physical therapy, neurology, and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation.
To further develop my skills in musculoskeletal physical therapy, I completed training in manual therapy for the spine and hip in 2026. This training has allowed me to enhance my practice in spinal and hip rehabilitation by incorporating manual therapy techniques into a comprehensive rehabilitation approach.
In spinal rehabilitation, as in hip rehabilitation, I combine manual therapy with active work, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. This approach allows me to tailor treatment to each patient’s specific condition, abilities, and functional goals, in order to promote recovery, mobility, and independence.
What characterizes my care
I place great importance on listening, adapting, and tailoring treatment to each individual. Each rehabilitation program is designed based on the patient’s needs, abilities, and goals.
For spinal and hip rehabilitation, my practice combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, active training, and patient education, with the goal of supporting each person in their functional recovery and promoting their long-term independence.
