My training
I have a degree in adapted physical activity and health from the Université de Bretagne Occidentale des sciences et du sport since June 2022. It was playing handball at a high level that got me interested in injury prevention and recovery. The various professionals at the Centre Labellisé d'Entraînement, whether sports doctors or physiotherapists, gave me a taste for rehabilitation. I began my career as a teacher of adapted physical activity (APA) in Haute-Savoie (France), both in institutions and on my own. and in private practice, working with groups of patients or on an individual basis. Helping my patients resume a pleasant lifestyle, without discomfort, pain or functional limitations is a goal that drives me deeply.


What characterizes my balneotherapy treatment
The sessions I lead systematically begin with a discussion of the person's state of fitness. state offitness. This time of sharing enables us to assess the objectives of the session, which necessarily influenced by the patient's sensations. My ability to adapt, my creativity and my experience in dealing with a wide range of pathologies enable me to find the most relevant areas of work for the most efficient rehabilitation as efficiently as possible. I've always been a keen swimmer, both in the pool and in the sea, and I've been surfing for over 6 years. reinforces my aquatic skills. As a holder of the BLS-AED certificate, I know how to behave in unexpected situations.
