Amandine, APA sports instructor

My training

Passionate about sport from an early age and with a desire to be useful and help others, I decided to focus my studies on becoming a sports instructor in adapted physical activities (APA). To do so, I began by completing a Bachelor's degree in STAPS at the University of Burgundy in 2016, then in 2018 I graduated with a Master's degree in adapted physical activity from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Montreal.

balneotherapy and rehabilitation sessions

What characterizes my balneotherapy treatment

All my treatments are based on a relationship of trust between the caregiver and the patient. Thanks to my knowledge and depending on the patient's problems, I adapt my session to the needs and objectives established together beforehand.Listening andadaptability are among my strengths.

Having swum competitively for 12 years, I'm well aware of the benefits that balneotherapy can bring. That's why I've taken additional aquatic training courses to improve my aquatic treatments. In particular, I hold a BPJEPS diploma in Aquatic and Swimming Activities (AAN ), as well as a Pro Pool certificate. For the safety of our patients, I have also undergone BLS-AED training.
