Alban, physiotherapist specialized in chronic pain management and functional rehabilitation

My training

After graduating with a Master's degree in physiotherapy from the University of Strasbourg, I completed my clinical training with a Master's degree in neuroscience, specializing in pain, at the University of Strasbourg and the University Research School for Interdisciplinary Pain Research (EURIDOL).

I regularly take part in training courses and keep up to date with the latest advances in physiotherapy and pain management. I've also been a temporary lecturer in initial physiotherapy training at the University of Strasbourg since 2020.

My specialization

Right from my first internships, I was challenged by the complexity of my patients' pain and the major impact it has on the physical, psychological and social spheres. Curious to learn more about pain, I naturally focused my university and then professional training on understanding and managing chronic pain.

My care

In my clinical practice, I make it a point of honor to offer patient-centered, active management based on the latest scientific literature. I aim to achieve the goals set with the patient during the initial assessment. I strive to put my empathy, attentiveness and humanism at the service of the patient.
