Marine – Occupational Therapist specializing in pediatric occupational therapy

My background and specializations

I earned my degree in occupational therapy in France in 2023, and I currently work at CARE Charmilles and CARE Belle-Terre, where I provide care for children and adults. In particular, I offer pediatric occupational therapy services in Geneva and Thônex.

From the very beginning, I focused my career onpediatric occupational therapy. For more than two years in private practice, I worked with children of various ages and backgrounds, particularly those with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDD), motor difficulties, or challenges with activities of daily living. This experience also allowed me to develop my skills in conducting and analyzing assessments and in supporting children with conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

I have also received training in addressing eating difficulties and disorders in infants and children, as well as in providing intervention services in daycare settings. These skills enable me to offer individualized pediatric occupational therapy care that respects the child’s pace and takes into account their family and school environments.
I work as a pediatric occupational therapist in Thônex at CARE Belle-Terre, and as a pediatric occupational therapist in Geneva at CARE Charmilles.
I also provide occupational therapy to adult patients, particularly when they face challenges that affect their independence and their ability to perform activities of daily living. My career path has allowed me to gain experience working with adults and older adults in various healthcare settings, including rehabilitation, psychiatry, and medical-social facilities.

What characterizes my care

Cheerful, energetic, and dedicated, I particularly appreciate the richness and diversity ofpediatric occupational therapy. Since every child is different, I tailor my interventions to their age, abilities, challenges, and the goals set in collaboration with their family.

I am constantly seeking personalized and practical solutions to address the challenges my clients face and to gradually promote independence in activities of daily living. For children, pediatric occupational therapy can thus be integrated into their various settings, including at home, at school, or at daycare.

I also place particular importance on building a relationship of trust with the patient and their loved ones. Collaborating with the family—and, in the case of children, with the professionals who support them in their school or daily lives—allows us to forge a genuine partnership centered on the patient’s needs and to foster consistent, meaningful care.
