Appointment information

At your first appointment, here's the list of documents you'll need to bring with you:

  • Insurance card
  • Physician's certificate for physiotherapy or occupational therapy sessions

For balneotherapy at CARE Charmilles, an assessment is carried out during the first session at Rue de Lyon 77 in Geneva (not in the pool). Subsequent sessions will take place at the Clinique Châtelaine pool, Avenue de Châtelaine 60, 1219 Châtelaine.

Please note: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed.
